Seminar Description

The first seminar is all about slowing down and tuning into your body. We do this by assessing posture, joint by joint. It will give you a rare opportunity to evaluate how you move and more importantly how you don’t. This can provide vital insights into why we hold onto the pain and discomfort we experience in everyday life. You will learn about the cascading effects a single limitation in one area of the body can have on the whole system. On the theme of tuning in, we’ll also take time to work in pairs exploring sensory techniques where we must be present and submit to the moment.

Seminar Description

Together, we continue the theme of exploring our movement potential and limitations, this time through a medium of dynamic movements that you won’t
encounter in everyday workouts. It’s a more demanding seminar than the first but panic not…we have included breaks! We will be working on the floor and
over objects exploring animal-based movements, that will be combined into flow sequences. This will challenge you physically, challenge your balance, mobility and fears.

Seminar Description

We shall be slowing things down again, taking an introspective approach to conscious movement and stillness. We’ll be focusing on using the breath for
restorative purposes. We often ignore our breath as it’s an unconscious process. Powerful things can arise when we take the time to tune in and notice
what brings life into our body. We’ll bring your attention to the movement of your breath in both static positions as well as linking movement sequences
controlled via the breath.
